Isolated power provides an extra layer of patient safety in critical care areas. The Line Isolation Monitor (LIM) is the heart of this system and is an essential component in all Isolated Power Panels manufactured by BENDER. It continuously calculates the maximum current that could flow through a person who made contact between the isolated conductor and ground. This current is displayed and an alarm is sounded if it exceeds the pre-set value of either 2mA or 5mA.
A line of precise digital clocks and elapsed timers are available from BENDER. These devices are available as stand-alone units or package in a master/secondary configuration with as many as 32 secondary devices spread out over as long as 3200 feet. They are available with 3/4" and 2-1/2" high-brightness seven-segment LED displays and can be flush or surface mounted. The surface mounted versions are available in attractive stainless stell enclosures with single or multiple displays.
